I get drained very easily and this works as a treat remedy. I noticed a big difference after doing the 20 minute shortened version. Lee Holden (the qigong guy from PBS) makes easy to follow qigong workouts for the mainstream masses, but he had extensive traditional qigong, tai chi, and internal cultivation training for years with Mantak Chia. He also has a TCM degree, and runs the Santa Cruz Qi Center teaching daily classes for years. Highly recommend.
