I purchased this application to convert Outlook mailbox exports from a Android to a format that is usable by PCs. Great in theory, but the product doesn’t work and support is an outsourced company that knows nothing about the product. When I requested a refund I was told I was being transferred to the order desk and then promptly disconnected. I have no problem purchasing software and will pay a fair price for software that works, but this software doesn’t work and the price isn’t fair based on the support offerings.
Have tried to download several times. 1st time hanging on install with scrollbar indicated it was almost done;, 2nd time keeps displaying “less than a minute”. $40 wasted and now I need to find a way to get it back. Disaster, not sure if this is an App store or developer issue but have had no problem downloading and installing other apps from the App store.
After waiting and endless amount of time. NOTHING. Conversion never say complete or issues any errors, just gives the start conversion button again. This app needs to be pulled from the App Store.
$40.00 is a lot to spend on something that will not even download. fixin’ on getting my money refunded…..
Had to purchase another Mail converter to properly convert my mail to Outlook 2011. This program is wanting, don’t waste your money on this one.
