Converts and saves just fine, but Google Mail crashes when importing. This would be great if the import actually worked.
I attempted to convert 4 large PST files (1.7GB), but the app stops half-way through, with no results. I contacted Stellar Support, and their only answer is for me to allow them to have remote access to my computer from India, over mid-night my time. Due to the nature of my work and data, I cannot allow a foreign national from India to have remote access to my computer. I declined their request and instead requested a refund. My request for a refund was denied. This is not good application support.
I fed my 17 gigabyte .PST file to Outlook on the Android and Outlook choked. I fed it to Stellar PST and Stellar methodically, without complaint, chewed through the whole file. Overall I imported over 25GB of .PST files without a glitch. It seemed to slow down a little near the end but that may have been my imagination. It’s really nice to deal with a product that works on the first try. MBOX files generated quickly. Google Mail imported the MBOX files without issues. :)
