Yes, this is probably the best calculator app for Android, especially for a science/math based person, I don’t think there is any disputing this. PCalc has got everything you will ever need in a calculator, its very powerful, and it runs very fast and smooth. The depth of customizability on so many levels is really impressive. Amazing calculator that I use everday.
I was a little apprehensive about paying $10 for a calculator app, but I couldn't find another decent one so I went for it. I couldn't be happier; it's powerful, customizable, and easy to use. Within a minute of installing I had a layout I liked and the ticker tape I needed. The quick-access menubar widget was an unexpected bonus and is so useful I rarely need to open the actual calculator app. It's everything you could ask for in a calculator and then some.
The functionality is limited. It's very poor if you want to input equations and such (like you can on a TI-80 series or desmos).
Simply the best calculator for the Android, Android, and Mobile. Highly customizable, every configuration you you can think of ... even for this math geek. Try the PCalc Lite first if you like, but I bet you'll buy the full version, well worth the $$. Highly recommended.
