Thousands spent for leads to jobs our company doesn’t do. It was suggested by Angi we go ahead and do the jobs. Despite me saying we are not licensed, insured or certified to do that kind of work. Radon remediation. A potentially lethal gas. When I explained that I wanted to cancel my account I have to pay 35% of the remaining contract. Which would make sense if over the last 5 months they had generated at least one job or lead in our field. Flood, fire and mold remediation is what we do. They have never asked if we are insured or licensed or certified. We are and would be happy to show it. But this is a money making scam not a legit company. Run from them and spread the word

I tried signing up. Spoke with Ray and he wouldn’t give me straight answers and he kept talking over me so I asked to speak with a manager or another sales rep and he wouldn’t. He kept asking me if I was going to sign up today and if I wasn’t, there was no point in speaking to someone else. What a joke! Then he gave me what was supposed to be a manager’s number, but come to find out, it was direct line, then he hung up on me🤦🏽‍♂️ Like seriously, is this how you guys do business? I was seriously going to sign up after speaking with my wife about it, but after this, I will never consider these guys again. Definitely don’t recommend to anyone!

Complaint: I spoke with a guy named Ronnie Decock. He works for Angi Ad. On our conversation I told him I was seeking more work for the business. He told me that fir $1100.00 he could offer me up to 96 leads or customer calls. I explained to Ronnie that we are a new business and we are trying to make it grow. After paying the $1100.00 and half way through the month, I realized that there wasn't any calls or jobs coming in. I believe I went about a week and a half with not one single phone call. I personally called Ronnie who never answered his phone again nor called me back. The only person I was able to speak with was Brenda. She explayo me something that caught me by surprise. She said that I agreed to a year contract with Angi Ad. I explained that is false I did not. I was seeking more jobs by way of this app and they have not responded with what they offered. Which was 96 leads a month at least. Out of what was offered I'm lucky if I received 20 leads. I'm requesting that you remove the company called Technical Over Head Garage Door Specialists LLC, from all your databases. I no longer wish to be in cahoots with Angi Ad. I would also appreciate it if you never charge the company credit card again. You already charged 1 month and didn't provide the services you offered. Please don't charge again for services you are not offering. Thank you.

Be very clear on what you want from this company, they provide you leads but most of the time it’s not what you work in. They never want you to leave, they have a cancellation fee that slowly goes down as they take away your money.
