I love the service. Only complaint is that it’s not 24/7. However, the app is extremely buggy and slow. Usually takes 1-2 minutes to open. The. If so want to see activity it has to load for another 10 seconds to see who called. Super slow servers. Get it together Ruby. You’re on a great path to success but you HAVE to invest in your IT!
Doesn’t load after latest update, always incredibly difficult to report issues to company
As far as the ruby service, they are great. There is a reason they are pricier than their competitors. But it’s worth it. The app is pure trash. It’s not very good when it works. But it barely works. Doesn’t load to open half the time. Just today, I reset my phone and deleted the app just to see if it will work.
First the service is pretty good for the price, though in the past year with all their new hires they’ve mad, the quality of the receptionists has decreased. Nearly half the time, they misspell (sometimes wildly) the caller’s name. Not sure why they don’t ask for spelling. But the biggest problem I’ve encountered after 2 years with the service is the buggy iOS and web based interface for viewing and managing calls and setting status. It’s slow, buggy, and crashing…daily. Several times a week I need to clear my web browser cache/cookies to get the site to load. I’ve had to delete and reinstall the iOS app as well. And Ruby couldn’t care less. I’ve complained about these issues a half dozen time as have others in their iOS reviews, but management ignores the issues. I suspect they figure they have enough revenue from their existing customer base that they needn’t update their customer-facing technology. So…user beware. It’s a good service but the affordable price comes with the cost of regular frustration and utter disregard for the customer experience.
App is glitchy and takes forever to load and refresh. Service by receptionists is good
