In addition to scrolling down for forever to find a bus route, I should also be able to type a number in to find it.
The app as well as Septa is incredibly unreliable. You’ll be waiting for your trolley or what have you, and you’ll see that your ride got cancelled with no explanation. Or, your trolley with be late with no updates on the app. Will it be 2 minutes late? 5? 15? All questions you will never get answers to, until it either shows up unexpectedly or you find another way. If you follow the schedule, you’ll miss your ride as ‘next to arrive’ is always different than the schedule, making it so hard to plan my life. Please, for the sake of my mental health, do better, as I simply can’t take it anymore. Would give 0 stars if I could.
This app is super inaccurate and “real time” isn’t even real time. Schedules that you have in favorites can be listed as late but then the bus comes early or on time. Tooo many times I’ve checked and my bus was either on time or early until it’s supposed to depart and then all of a sudden the bus is canceled. I personally take the G bus to and from work. Either it’s septa or this app but it’s very unreliable
Every schedule has been wrong. It doesn’t save any of my preferences. It will not allow me to add something to favorites. Real time is definitely not real time. needs so much improvement!
The app is resourceful and handy! It’s great to track updates and plan. A suggestion would to add a feature that includes an overall railroad map and perhaps a means of tracking your trip!
