This app has given me a hard time since day one. I feel like a grandpa when I use it; I click anything too fast or 'wrong', the app just CRASHES. It's so unnecessarily dramatic, and because of how often these crashes occur, it can take me a half an hour to pay for parking. By that time I'm already at work lol. It's also just ridiculously redundant that SEPTA made ANOTHER APP to pay for parking? Hello? Did you forget you already have an existing app to add onto? Not to mention the added fact of that app ALREADY HAVING UNDERLYING ISSUES that have REMAINED UNRESOLVED FOR YEARS. As a consistent SEPTA rider I'm unbelievably frustrated with the idiotic choices being made here.
The app works fine, but very disappointed 1) you cannot save a station as a favorite in the app and 2) that we are unable to link the key card to the app for payment. Years in the making, yet once again, SEPTA has dropped the ball and missed an opportunity to to actually make something convenient for the riders.
The park app is very convenient and time saving. The rule to pull into spots is dangerously ridiculous. People can be xyz and intentionally fly up behind you as you are mid-blackout, so they can feel powerful and push themselves to be first. Young and old have done this! Its the current culture I suppose, but it’s absolutely dangerous for the rule follower. Is it a law one must park a certain fashion? Does SEPTA have cameras at each station to capture those taking advantage of a situation?
App is easy to use but I cannot find a way to cancel or end a parking session. Other apps have this and sometimes it would be helpful if my train is cancelled or I accidentally select the wrong lot.
I have used for 2 weeks, and it has worked perfectly. Some things that would make it better would be saving a favorite location, etc. and if Google Pay was a payment option.
