Ridiculously buggy. Can’t perform basic purchase functions reliably.
Capable, fast!
Using the app for quite some time for tickets and route planning and it does the trick. Only thing I’m struggling with is the download of the ics file while transfer to the calendar for Mobile and Android works well.
I missed my train because the app wouldn’t connect to the servers and activate my previously purchased tickets. I’m worried about BVG ticket checkers (who are heartless, especially to technical problems that aren’t the customers fault), so I had to wait in line to buy a ticket from the machine. If I have four tickets, this should be information stored locally in my phone to prevent future incidents like this. Ridiculous.
