I couldn’t choose my seat , even 24 hours before. No one answer the phones. I will never fly British Airways again:(
On way to UK flight cancelled. Sat by counter for two hours no staff on counter so there were a number of us. No help with overnight accommodation, vouchers for dinner, breakfast or lunch as next flight was 5pm. Took about six of them to find luggage on second attempt, so why was No one on counter? Return could not assign seat or get boarding document, at 1pm previous day email stated verifying my COVID status/documents, verified next day but still unable to get boarding doc so was in line for some 90 minutes. Unbelievable will seriously consider ever using again
This site is impossible to upgrade and calling BA takes more than a hour!!! It’s so frustrating it really makes me not want to fly BA any more
The interface is not intuitive and makes the user do too much work filling out information that has been provided in another pages. Terrible customer experience.
This app told me my connection flight got updated and I tried to check in. However, by the time the aircraft was ready for boarding, the stewards said that I was kicked off the connecting flight and moved to another flight 4 hours later. The app did not update, give warning, or allow me to check in to either flights. 0 stars.
