It does rename files, but I could not highlight and drag them in. It did import the whole folder though. Sorting order was all messed up. My sort based on creation time was not recognized. So I have files 1 - 9, then 15 - 20, then 10 - 14, and so on. So while it does rename files, the order is weird. WHich loses the whole idea of renaming for me at least.
Excellent App does what is says and does what I need (and more). I wish that you could paste text instead of always having to type in the blanks when replacing text, though

does not work at all on my El Capitan. Have tried many different ways but changes are not possible
