Won't Load! Should be ZERO STARS

I have no idea if this is a great game. It won’t load when i open the app. If the timer is on it automatically times out. NOT HAPPY. Thankfully I wasted ONLY 1.99$

Paid and set it up, but it will not load and if the timer is on and you select a new game then it says timed out. Contacted develop and no response. I want my money back!
