Worked for a few months, now useless

The app connected to my Harmony Hub for a few months, then it lost connection. No amount of factory resets or trouble shooting will allow the app to reconnect. They need to burn this thing down and start from scratch

Garbage

This is the most annoying app ever. It won’t hook up with wifi. If you re-load it, it still doesn’t work. I can’t believe Harmony isn’t embarrassed by the piece of junk

Completely broken

I cannot login into my account. It fails every time and the app won’t allow me to make changes to my devices unless I’m logged in. Tried to change my login from Facebook to email and it fails every time. The whole authentication flow is broken, just the app.

Still the absolute WORST app in the App store

I can’t even log into my account because of all the bugs that this app has! Like, seriously! We’ve paid good money for the remote, and this is the garbage you give us???
