Purchased the cameras in 2012. Cameras work sometimes. Software does not work any more. Not updated since I made purchase. Bad product.
WENT FROM P.C TO Android NOW I GET SQUAK! all I get is spinning circles on each cameras feed. as mentioned earlier by another commenter, the video is available in the settings area but no where else. HAS ANYONE NOTICED HOW EXPENSIVE THIS SET UP IS STILL SELLING FOR????? WHY HAVE THEY FORESAKEN THY??
The app worked ok for the last few years, but then I upgraded to Sierra and now the video boxes don’t display the live camera video. I can see the video only in the settings page.
On Android computers, open Alert Commander and go to Settings>Cameras>Firmware. Check to see firmware(FW) version. If you have 3.2 or 3.3 FW, video playback will not work on Android / Mobile. If possible , try to update to 3.5 FW. If not possible, contact LOGITECH and insist they provide you with a way to get 3.5 FW. Once caneras are updated to 3.5 firmware, video playback will work on Android / Mobile..
This is ridiculous! If we cannot get an update soon, I will have to go elsewhere for my security camera needs. :(
