App will no longer work on my phone. I deleted the app to reload it and I get an error “ blast and megablast not compatible worh this phone”. I have an Android 12 max

The software for the pairing feature is so bad It’s always a different issue to keep the two blasts paired I’ve had these for a couple years and still Pull my hair out Love the speakers sound but seriously fox this!!

Party Up Is Useless

Just bought two Hyperbooms and the second one is useless since party up doesn’t work properly even with the two speakers right next to each other. Now I just have to decide if I return one or both. Ridiculous with how expensive these are. I have an $80 pair of Ootz angles that connect flawlessly to each other. I can’t believe UE put this garbage on the market like this.

Terrible device detection

What’s the point in advertising an EQ for your speaker if you can’t access it? The App successfully recognized my speaker ONCE. Now it won’t show up in the app. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading, I’ve tried all the tech support hoops listed on the app and across the web. It will turn the speaker on and off but not allow me to use any features. Do NOT buy a boom 3 and expect to use the app on an Android. The developers need to fix this ASAP!!! Wonder if this is the drawback for not purchasing a device from a different company that boasted Bluetooth 5.1……
