Doesn’t work

First half of trip it worked. Then on the return leg, the reservation disappeared and cannot be located anymore. What a shame. The airline itself is good, this app is bad.

Sad

I have an upcoming reservation but the app on my phone does not show I have one. I had to call the airlines directly to have them email my itinerary just so I wasn’t stressed out with “I do have a reservation right?!” The phone wait was very long but luckily the representative was nice and helpful. The app is absolutely horrible and am really surprised it is from a Japanese based company. Embarrassing.
