Useless Waste of Space

This app is worthless. Have no idea if this is a joke on purpose or mistake. Can not get anything useful done typical of airline travel. Suggest : use an airline that can provide useful service

Why Bother

This app seems to only exist because someone in a corporate office thought they needed an app. It doesn’t do anything. My assistant made the mistake of ticketing my flight through JAL instead of American Airlines. Now I can’t track my flight, check in, or anything else. I get an error page every time I try to find my flight. Don’t bother downloading unless you enjoy pointless frustration.

Terrible. Can’t even find my reservation

Agree with all of the other negative reviews. The worst airline app and website. There is no way to search for my reservation using an eTicket number or airline locator number. Garbage.
