I am trying to add excursions to our cruise, the web and app will not allow me to do so (I am within the time to book excursions online) so I called and have on hold close to an hour. Not good customer service, I hope this quality of service improves when we get on the ship. This is not what I would call a luxury vacation
Cannot complete our trip requirements, ie: uploading passport, Vax info, check in time,etc....

Excellent and very user friendly
Terrible to manage both my wife and I on the same process. Directions, menu & controls not intuitive, difficult to navigate! I trust our captain will not have similar challenges navigating the ship!
