Really had to get in always have to change passwords
Haven’t been able to log in through the app for months. Error message says “Unable to Bind/Authenticate to the Active Directory Server (OpenDS). Thought it would be fixed with the latest update but still the same error. No issues logging in with a browser on laptop.
Tried many times to login and reset password. App keeps telling me it emailed me the link to reset password butI never receive it!
This is one of the worse apps I’ve ever dealt with. It’s impossible to get signed in & it says it will send an email to reset password but it never arrives even though the email address is correct & it isn’t in my spam file. It is totally useless. There was NO WAY I could get into the app to check in for my upcoming cruise. I’ve given up & I'm not the only one who has had problems with it. It needs a total redesign.
More often than not the app crashes and gives error messages.
