  • Partially good.

    Its a good app but the fact that I can’t keep track of my exercise in the health app is disappointing. I will still use it but this needs to be the next big update. I don’t care about other people’s accomplishments. I want to have my data sync so I can keep better track of my exercise.

  • Good design but too aggressive ramp-up

    GOOD: I like the UI design as it’s clean, free of ads, and, as another reviewer stated, the voice is perfect. BAD: I’m on day 15 right now and strongly feel the ramp-up after one-minute intervals is too aggressive. It started with steps of 10-15 seconds. From 60 seconds it jumped all the way to 90 seconds – a 30-second jump. The 50% jump in one day is not safe. If working with weights, it is generally recommended to only increase weight 10% at a time. SUGGESTIONS: 1 - Redefine the intervals so there is no more than a 15-second increase from one day to the next 2 - Optionally, consider a user control to optionally stretch the time over 45 days and redefine the intervals accordingly 3 - I like the other reviewer’s countdown suggestion of counting-down an interval. I would also suggest a countdown for the rest period. Just say “30” then “10” and then countdown “5 4 3 2 1”

  • Great app! Simple and easy!

    I've tried other plank challenge apps and I really like this one for its ease of use, clean interface and no adds! I like the Ready! Set! Goooo! voice too. It's like a video game. The only improvement I can think of that might make it better would be an audible indicator at the end of each set like maybe a count down of the last 10 seconds in the same voice that starts the exercise
