Horrible, not sure where the old one went but it was free and fantastic, this costs money and is bare minimum to make the store if that’s possible. Where did the old one go? No options, no countdown, no progression, no real human voice, no demonstrations, no additional excercises, no thought, no originality. Scam off the old version. Horrible!

Needs Hourly Reminder to be worth the $2.99

Great little app for Android to do a 7 minute workout. It’s extremely simple with computer voice and stick figure. The exercise circuit is a nice little workout, but definitely not worth the premium price without an hourly reminder.
