Opodo for Android

I was charged by 75€ without asking to me. Than I googled it and not only I got this problem. This guys automatically activating PRIME to your account, without asking to you and after ,,one month free subscribe'' (even if you didn't subscribe) they are charging you by 75€. After that I've request full refund logically and they are asking me 20€ for refund. What a shameless organization. Worst service ever. Never trust this app. Even chat robot is useless to help and real human support doesn't exists.

Do not waste your money here. They claim to save you on discounted flights, but then when I arrived to the airport I was charged additional fees to check in physically but the app wouldn’t let me check in online so I had to pay €30 just to check in. There was no notice about this from the app, and also I couldn’t check in online even if I wanted to. Tried contacting them for a refund, they told me to contact the airline, and the airline told me to go back to them. No help, paid for a prime membership only for more frustrations and more fines

So I bought the tickets and there was no option for hand baggage and I had to lose more time trying to add hand baggage which was only doable through the airline’s website and after that when I tried checking in, it kept refusing and highlighted my country of origin with no way to complete the check in until I used the official airline app, also there was no way to change the currency, overall it was a painful experience , would not recommend…

I sent emails and called them 8 times and no one answers to solve the problem ever! They literally made me pay for insurance to later change my flight then said I need to pay for it myself and then said oh sorry we can't find those dates and can't refund you!!!! Fraud!!!!!!
