Stay AWAY!!!

Tons of bugs, no possibility to reach out to support, discounts don’t work, bookings don’t work. I lost 165€ because of them & now have to block my credit card, cause there is no possibility to cancel subscription. Never ever use them! I mean seriously! NEVER!!!

Cancel for any reason is a scam

Do not buy cancel insurance as they don’t pay it back. Bought the cancel for any reason insurance, canceled the flight more than 24h before departure as in conditions and even sent a Covid positive proof which was not needed. After almost 3 months they are not paying the money back. Sharing this so others don’t fall in same trap.
