Smart Home Manager for Android

Smart home manager is bad at recognizing devices. What’s worse is that when you check the activity list, tapping on that unknown device does not take you to which device it is, in case you wanted to block it. This functionality badly needs to be implemented

I just want to delete old devices and clean up my list is that too much to ask

Says I'm offline when I'm on. Says network is good when I'm not connected at all. The app has software geared to make you think all is well when it isn't. Manipulative software. Think Volkswagen with the mpg and emissions scandal. Numbers look right but they definitely aren't accurate or honest.

Had this app for almost 2 weeks, my wifi is working perfectly, yet no matter what I do, it says I have no wifi network. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times, turned my router on and off… i don’t know what to do anymore.

Jonathan, who installed my Fiber, went above & beyond helping me solve a problem with my login information. He is patient, knowledgeable, helpful & kind, not in one, but in multiple high pressure situations. He cares about his customers, the job he performed & the continued performance of my service.
