I have been using this program for 5 years and most of the time it works as advertised but over the years the one major issue that I have had, usually around updates I randomly lose passwords. Don’t understand what happens. I do share it with one other family member. When I just upgraded to 8.3.6 the same thing happened, I randomly lost passwords. As well all know it is really hard to get them back. I don’t know what is happening to make this happen but I am trying a new password keeper as a backup since this is unreliable. I have used it for a while but having trust issues right now.

I’ve had the app for a year and a half - I know how to type a user name, password and url. Have yet to be able to sign in utilizing the app. It was nice that I was refunded for the additional purchase I made after I was locked out of my lifetime membership- Google says to contact the developer, the developer doesn’t have phone support.
I’ve been using splash ID since the Palm Treo days. But after beating me out of 30 for a subscription And continuously asking me to subscribe. What a slap in the face. Don’t waste your money
