U-verse Reviews

Update is terrible.

This app was update, and now it makes me sign in every single time I open the app. The “remember me” check box does absolutely nothing, if I quit out of the app and open it five minutes later I still have to sign in. This is MY iPad, nobody else has access to it, so I don’t understand the pointless constant signing in.

Frustrating app

When it works it fine, but it CONSTANTLY forgets who you are. Re logging in and re registration takes much to long. A program can start and nearly end before you have access to any controls. It is extremely frustrating.

App requests to login every time and on 1st try days too many attempts and requests to reset password

Basic features broken

The app is unable to remember my credentials. Ignores keep me signed in. Touch ID no longer works. ATT STOP FIXING THINGS and revert back to the version from spring 2022.
