Really, can’t upgrade on app? That stinks.

They go up on price on the customers after the contract already been set

Two times in a row I was talking with customer support in their chat function, and they said they were transferring me to their supervisor when the chat kicked me out and the app became unusable (frozen on the main screen). If it’d been a one-off, it stinks, but it happens. But twice in a row (with an hour of chatting between both conversations)? And this is after I told the rep if it disconnected again someone needed to call me… no one did Not app related, but the reason I was reaching out was about a question regarding my bill that continues to creep up month after month for random reasons that don’t make sense. I’ve been with AT&T for 8 years but am finally over it and making the switch to T-Mobile - no looking back

Been having issues for a month can’t call bc it won’t let me accept calls or make them try to use support and it’s all automated so it’s absolutely no help

I’m having a fence installed and my internet was either cut or loosened from the pole. I was on the phone for 1 hr and 15 minutes. Originally I was told no one could come for 2 days. Then I was told tomorrow afternoon. They said there was no way to call local dispatch to see if they could get me in today. And to keep refreshing to see if I could get an earlier appointment. Terrible customer service. Super dissatisfied. Spectrum Will at least offer same day emergency service.
