En vista en que mi pasaje de regreso fue cancelado sin previo aviso me toco comprar un nuevo el ticket , al momento de hacer el pago me dijeron que no se realizó la transacción pero tengo el comprobante del banco de que se realizó el pago de 288,01 y no me supieron dar respuesta y al momento de hacer la queja lo único que hicieron es tratarme mal y reírse en mi cara . NECESITO RECUPERAR ESTE DINERO. Es una vergüenza que traten a sus clientes de esa manera.
La aplicación no funciona, no me deja cambiar la reserva, pese a que esta incluido en las condiciones del billete comprado.
