I cant change the seat!🤬
I shouldn’t have to download the app to get the mobile boarding pass. This is an extra step for me and only an annoyance and waste of time. Not the type of customer service and user experience I expect from BA.
I tried multiple time in different reservations to upgrade my seat to a better one. However when going to pay, the apo takes me to a ‘home’ page
To whom it might concern: I am writing to let you know how intransparent, desperate and indolent your check-in process can be. For 24 hours I have tried to check online but it was impossible with no explanation, and it was also impossible to be attended by phone by your Customer service. If that was not enough, I’ve finally received a scary message directly from the check-in machine at the airport denying the check-in one more time and saying that BA has to communicate me a very important message before checking in. And of course, my cabin bag had to travel as checked baggage. The stress that this extremely poor way of communicating and dealing with customers produces in travelers, is simply intolerable. Better to think twice buying a ticket with British Airways.
