Disappointing

I had a worst experience with Lufthansa. They cheated me by making fake reservations, when I checked out my real booked ticket they told me you missed your flight which, I didn’t booked. more,they didn’t send email confirmation which gave me any hint about flight and when I want refund they said it’s not possible.Afterwards ,their customers care executives behave badly, cut the calls again and again and don’t give solutions. I told my all friends and relatives don’t take this airline in future and I boycott it’s.

Too many issues between Lufthansa and Miles & More

Unable to add past bookings to Miles & More. “The booking could not be added as there is an inconsistency between the last name of the stated booking and of your profile. Please check the data again or contact the Lufthansa Service Center. Please contact the Service Center to assist you. Thanks.” The service center is slow, they did not solve the issue. How about letting users adjust their names when there inconsistencies?
