EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ran into huge problem with my check in experience due and the U-Haul representatives were so kind and helpful with resolving the problem. The even upgraded my truck size without ask. Highly recommend using this company and their services if you’re looking to move while keeping cost low.

Can’t check in!

I’m trying to check in on the app and it redirects me to a page that says: “The page you are trying to access does not exist.” So I guess I will be deleting this app because that is a pretty major feature that doesn’t work…..

Almost unusable

Gets hung up on “refreshing your orders” not just the first time you open the app, but every single time you navigate back to the app’s dashboard which is essentially the main screen. It eventually loads your order(s), but is an abysmally long wait

And should you need help via phone, expect to spend an hour on hold, on average. The chat function simply doesn’t work.

Don’t bother..

App won’t let me log in and says my email isn’t set up which it is. Don’t waste your time, just do it on the web browser. Much easier.
