this is terriffic product. I recently added the Android platorm to my office & needed a screen element capture product.
It was my favorite app, but it has stopped working completely. It just takes screenshot of the background screen. Will this be ever fixed?
This app used to be great, but now if you edit the image (add text, arrows, etc.), these do not save with the screenshot. It is now no better than the OS screenshot. Disappointing. Looking for alternative.
I have been using this app for a couple of years and it's great. However, with Catalina 10.15.2, my annotations that I make on the screenshot before I save are no longer saving :( I can make them, but they don't save. Please update!!
Was a great product, but since Catalina update, when you add annotations, and do a copy and paste, the annotations are no longer present. This is a huge setback for this product, otherwise I would have given it a higher raiting.
