I rarely write a review, but this developer deserves a review even from the ones who never write one. I'm a student and often times I have to work with a plethora of languages. To search for and setup an IDE that works for Android for each language (java, c, c , python, html are the ones I use most) is such a pain in the back. I have been using this app from version 2. If I have to develop a large scale project, I cannot use this, but I can easily develop small chunks of code, test it and use it. This is such an incredible app. I can choose the language, type the code and click run. that's it!! also the debugger is useful enough but could be a bit more complex. Thank you for making it! Absolutely love it!!

SUMMARY: Good app, with the 2 tweaks I mention below it would be literally perfect. REVIEW: I fins this app great if I want to check some work I have done and browse my computer quicker than opening my terminal and navigating to certain files if all I want is a quick glance at some code. What I am missing in order to make it a 5 star app is 2 things: 1-color configuration is not great, I am using for example the dracula theme and mostly use JS, built in methods such as reduce, map, indexof... are not highlighted and they show in the same color as for example variable names, that is not good since these methods are applied to variables and it would help make the code a lot easier to read and glance at if there was coloring for those. 2-the feature that would definitely make this app perfect and would knock it out of the park, would be if it showed live feedback on your code, just like RUNJS (runjs.app) another app I use and would have no use for it if coderunner offered it. It is the same live feedback that the VS code extension quokka.js also offers and I already use on vscode. I would potentially give this app 3 stars but communication with the dev was quick when i had a question to make so I will give it 4 stars.
This program is great way to start.
I don't often write reviews; however, the amount of crashes I recieved while using Code Runner was horrible. Every time I simply scrolled down a few lines the app would crash. I should note that I was not running anything too streneous, and I only had 2 files open in Code Runner. Additionally, I even attempted to reinstall the application but that still did not help. Above these issues, I've noticed that several other IDEs provide features that Code Runner does not. All of this time I've been reluctant to switch as Code Runner was one of my first IDEs, but I've learned that sticking with an application that cannot stay open for longer than 3 seconds is not worth the trouble. I strongly advice that you use another IDE if you can.
