This app is not intuitive on Android. It should walk you through how to update your headset. I had my transmitter set to Xbox and it was stuck in updating phase and it never told me to switch to PC. Once I did it took a long time to update the headset. This could be better if it would walk you through the process. Just glad I was finally able to update the headset to fix the bluetooth issue.
App doesn't have the same features at the previews above, the firmware updates on the app don't even work on Macs. You'd think spening $150 on a product would actually ensure some longevity.
this update made it soo i couldn’t connect with the app on my phone and wont let me modify anything
Dont bother buying the stealth 700 as they dont give support for it. I updated the device and the latest firmware has bugs. Called support and they couldnt help. They said the headset needs to be replaced but it works fine. Its an issue with the firmware with noway to downgrade. Def not gonna buy turtle beach again.
Application keeps crashing after most recent update. Not once has it opened properly. I cannot troubleshoot or use my headsets without it
