I reached out to the developer, and not only did they respond, they provided me a license to a different product to try to tide me over while they fixed the bugs in Simple Mouse Locator. Once they finally did fix the bugs, they emailed me back to let me know. Stellar support for an incredibly useful app. I highly recommend it.
I've been using a utility like this for years with my multiple monitors. I have it set to activate when it crosses borders and after 1 minute of inactivity when I move the mouse again. Late last year it stopped working with the Big Sur update and the developer tried to give me an alternative but it just wasn't the same. Today, the developer e-mailed me to let me know that a Big Sur update was out. That is great customer service! I'm so happy to have my little green circle back again.
This May 2021 update is what was needed. I use this for training especially as we continue to work from home. And the animation repeat had stopped working awhile back. That is such an underrated function.
Back to being useful.
