Not at all worth the money I spent for the background check. Pet care providers are severely underpaid as well. Had the app for a few years now and STILL have not received a SINGLE request! Clients don’t respond to texts and Wag Intros are a troll. Rover > Wag ANY DAY

Basically I am 12. Which means that legally I am allowed to both walk a babysit dogs. Why do you need to be 18+ if I can legally do it anyway

I recently had a dog owner leave a 1 star review on my profile. (I have done 80+ services, and they have all been 5 stars). They said that I did not follow the terms of their “contract,” which isn’t true. I did everything that was required for the dog. I walked the dog 3 times a day and they said it would be fine if she was left alone for more than 4 hours. They had MULTIPLE mice in their house (I saw AT LEAST 5 mice) and I had to remove TWO of them from the house. This was a health hazard not only for me, but for the dog. I have pictures of these mice to prove it. They didn’t even tip me. 8 days of watching the dog for $187. Asked to have the review removed from my profile as it is not representative of the truth, and Wag! said they can do nothing about it.

If you read most of the comments, the responses is always “we’ll pass on your comments,” or something to that effect. Nothing every changes. They say they have 24/7 support. They may have 24/7 support but they won’t get back to you for days and then there is a chance they don’t answer your concern. Wag! Read the comments and actually do something. It seems to me what most of us are asking should not be too hard to fix. I love my dogs but I would like to know about the parent. We rate the parents but can never see the ratings before we accept the walk. They can see our ratings let us see theirs. The parents should be required to update their information. On one of my walks, it told me to park in the parking structure. The address is a residential address. There is no structure. I thought I was at the wrong address and there was nothing I could do about it. I found the house, the pet owner was there. I asked about the information and they told me they moved 2 years ago. 2 years and it’s not updated other than the address. Fix this.

I’ll rewrite this review once I can actually use it. I’ve been trying to sign up and it’s been having issue after issue. First I try to scan my drivers license since it’s all I have at the moment and it takes the front pic fine, but it won’t scan the bar code on the back so I take a pic and click upload. It then glitches and turns to a white screen. After doing it in safari multiple times I sent it to the help email and they said I have to do it myself and try a different browser. I did it on google and had the issue and then tried a second time and it glitched but then jumped to the second part background check so I guess it worked. But now I type in everything but when I type my social security it keeps saying they don’t match. I’ve gone over it at least 10 times and done it slowly and it still says it. It’s very annoying 😕
