This developer is extremely responsive to supporting this application. When I had an issue it was resolved within an hour and then the update on the Android app store was then updated within a day
Just bought this app yesterday, and had a very weird and rare issue with a specific custom build of Android I am using on a project. I emailed the developer for support and received feedback within minutes. He worked with me over a couple of hours to detect, and resolve the issue. It was fantastic. Excited to work this into my development flow.
Unfortunately, in this state the app is unusable. If you haven’t set filters yet then you get a torrent of adb logs, try to click the eyeball (filter button) locks up the app
Having used this for a couple of days of debug sessions, I can confidently say it’s worth the price. This process before: 1. Find relevant log line and click 2. Cmd-C 3. Open chrome and load jsonlint 4. Cmd-V 5. delete the metadata from the front of the line (timestamp, log level, etc) 6. repeat 1, 2, 4 & 5 if the request got split to multiple lines 7. click validate Has become this process: 1. Find relevant log line(s) and double-click 2. Click format JSON That right there is worth it. Plus there’s easy filtering if some library is spamming your log (looking at you, BluetoothLeScanner).
I tried to contact support but the website does not have a way to contact the developer AT ALL.. No support email?
