Come on guys…. Can’t you guys fix the bugs and glitches in this app? I bought this smoker thinking it would be of great quality. Not so much on the technology side. Because of your failed app, most of us lose connection and have to use our phone timers to keep an accurate cook. My neighbor just sold his for half of what he paid for it and bought a more reliable brand (not saying but it rhymes with Yeager…). Think I might just do the same and take the loss. You got my money once… never again.
The set time in the set temp showing on the app doesn’t work. Just shows “- - “ for each; rather then the time and temp that you had set. The Bluetooth works. But if the other important stuff doesn’t, then it’s pointless to use the Bluetooth. It used to work. 😵💫
When connected it works fine when Ibstand beside the smoker But if I walk away 5 to 10 feet away it goes into safe mode and I cannot see the actual temperature. I then have to reconnect which requires me to turn everything off the back on in order to reconnect with out the safe mode. It’s really a pain.
App won’t connect to smoker unless you unplug the smoker. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR APP AND FIX THE BUGS!!!!
I had complained that when using the app, once I opened the smoker door the app displayed a safe mode banner across the screen covering the temperature display. The instructions to close the door and re-pair the smoker does not work but the app is still connected as I can see s little part of the temperature but only the bottom of the digits. Masterbuilt sent me s new smoker box and I transferred the control panel to the the new one but no change. I have to delete the app and start from scratch to get it to work until I open the door again. It must be the stop and I don’t understand why it can’t be fixed
