Bar scanner on Android does not work and support does not respond with help. Used to be a good app but not so anymore!
I have used this app for years & absolutely loved it. A few months ago the bar code scanner quit working & just displays “error code 11”. I have sent numerous messages to their support link with NO response. Horrible app support & now app useless. Very disappointed.
While I like the scan function of adding to my cellar there needs to be the ability to add a wine name, year, etc. I am in several wine clubs and receive wines that are not released for retail. There is no way for me to add them to my cellar.
When I open the app, it crashes. Useless.
