This company is rubbish! I tried paying to park at a space to find that the space number is not registered in the system. It wasn’t just me either! Other folks had the same problem. Not only that but it has been impossible to get a hold of anyone to discuss this issue! I am now concerned I’m going to be ticketed and have to pay a fine due to this company’s incompetence.
App is not intuitive at all. Why does it need my geolocation? Give me a barcode to scan. Map feature if you don’t give it access to geolocation is terrible. Map is the entirety of North America, so you get to zoom in. No option to select state or zip code.
BE WARY OF THIS APP!!!!!! Absolute sham, paid for a spot at Darien train station which it lists as having and being agreed with. Next thing I know I have a ticket waiting for me after work. I see all the reviews regarding optimization and on top of that now you all should worry about whether this company that hired developers to create the app even has agreements in place with the parking areas. If I could give a negative review about this I would screwed me out of money for parking and a ticket. Don’t blame the underpaid developers, blame the garbage company claiming to have agreements with these lots. Awful experience and cant wait to go through an appeasement process now.
Cranford NJ parking garage near the train station: each time you log in, even if just seconds apart. You’ll get a different listing on how many and which spots are available. I parked in a 9 hour spot and it tells me there are on 2-4 hour spots when there were easily a dozen open 9 hour spots there. Refresh it 4-5 times in a row and magically 9 hour spots are available again. It also says some spot numbers do not exist which is false. Very glitch prone app. I can’t believe cities and towns can’t do better than this.
Does what it’s supposed to. Let’s me park and easily pay and get moving. Super handy when u have kids
