1. All communication is done exclusively via secure connections (SSL) to the Google Voice servers owned and operated by Google and no contact information (other than the contact's phone number which is required to place a call or send a message) is sent to Google or any other party.

I used google voice daily at work. Thought this app would be great for some of the missing needed features. Mark messages as unread - add notes - etc. purchased the app and logged in… absolutely no changes. I have been using it for an hour now. No changes. Refund please?!?!
Notifications do not happen. You have to randomly check the app to see about messages and missed calls. Also. when I add a new name for a number, it returns to the number after being saved. No names at all can be saved in this app. I do not want to merge my phone contact list with this phone number.
Back when the legacy Google Voice webpage was still working, we can label our linked phone numbers. That’s gone so when I now link a new phone number, GV assigns an arbitrary label to it (e.g., Phone 79) which I know only because I can see the label in the GV Connect account settings. So, when I use GV Connect, the green call button lists the phone number as Phone 79. I wonder if it’s possible to change labels via GV Connect (add this as a feature?).
With the latest update when i log in it never takes me back to the program page. It just shows me the google voice web os. Fix?
Love this app. It's far superior to the native GV app, which gets worse with every update. I finally had enough after the latest major update and switched to GV Connect and don't have a single regret. Buy it and support the developers, worth every penny.
