Used to app to access previously purchased tickets, as well as trip details (including transfers, platforms, delays, etc). Worked great.
I’m unable to create an account. App cannot find my US address and will not let me add it manually. Cannot add my trip confirmation without an account, so I guess I better not lose the tickets printed on paper!
You try to put it in English, not possible. It requires your info to use the app, it can’t find my address, what a joke. International, definitely not, I expected more from a Dutch company.
I created an account registered through the app. When tried to log in, I was asked to go to the website and enter missing data. There, took some time to figure out how to use English version. Entered details but got an error that the app couldn’t find my house number. There was a “suffix” I had to enter along with house number. Never heard such a thing. Anyway, both Google and Google map provide directions for public transportation so why bother with this crap?
Love the fact that you can buy a ticket on the go. Easy to find the right trip. wow, you can even enter your desired arrival time and know what train to catch.
