EchoHam for Android

EchoHam could be a decent app, but suffers very basic problems with working with just about any modern network situation. Getting support is nearly imposssible. Developer is unresponsive. The only communications they responded with was to their "forum" which I can't register due to the ridiculous captcha plus half dozen other useless questions. Realizing the forum doesn't even show up half the time I try to access. Now if you're one of the lucky people who can get this app to work, when it works it's just okay. It has no way of bookmarking nodes, and the use of the keyboard is really clunky (enter and tab keys don't work as expected). It's unfortunate that there are zero alternatives to Echolink on Android OS. If op gave two bits about this and provided some support behind this app, I'd be willing to throw some money at it. But as it is, it's not really worth your time.

Great app

It's stable on Big Sur and great for montoring my local repeater when sitting at my Android. If there could be a "favorites" feature added that would be amazing.

updated review! at first I thought it had an app problem but I really had a port conflict problem. Spotify uses port 1900 and apparently so does Echoham, though it is not documented anywhere. Once I quit Spotify, echoham started working!
