i’m not surprised that a network for black people (that is) run by white people is short changing us with the technological skills. i am disappointed tho bc it’s 2022. yall can find and pay for skilled developers, it’s not rocket science. yall CHOOSE to let us have BELOW PAR apps. it’s unfair esp to those who pay for content via tv provider or bet+. the mobile and roku app are wastes of time. find another way to watch! - you have to log in MULTIPLE TIMES before it allows you to access content - it logs you out after every episode - the app does not sync across devices like normal apps so you can never pick up where you left off - the app barely works - it will say you don’t have a subscription to watch this content when you do. and after clicking ok a million times, it finally lets you watch the content. so do i have access or not? - TOO MANY COMMERCIALS. 3 minute commercials every 10 minutes. and, unlike hulu and TLC, the commercials do not shorten or come on less after a certain amount of screen time. the commercials are always 3 minutes. always. - why do i have to watch 3 minutes worth of commercials before i watch the ending credits or the foreshadow for the next episode? a waste of time 😂 like fr. i’m giving yall 3 minutes just to get a lil what, 30 second clip and watch some credits? yeah, NO. GET IT TOGETHER!
This is literally the worst app I’ve ever experienced and from such a big name company. It’s really only one reason I say this is the worst app and that’s because I have to delete then re-download the app every time I want to watch the next episode of a show. Everytime I finish an episode and go to the next one I am given a message that says “This channel is not available in your subscription package” which makes no sense because I always log in with my tv provider and I know for a fact BET is included in my cable subscription on my tv. Other than this the app works fine.
Too many technical difficulties and it’s the only Network app that has these difficulties
I downloaded the app to watch sistas but deleted it because of the commercials
I mean it is way too many commercials for just one episode! One at the beginning and one at the end would be great! But my goodness it’s it ridiculous!
