I DO NOT UNDERSTAND why I CANNOT watch the tv shows in order. Literally, I put Martin on after the first episode it goes to another show like College Hill!! FIX IT!
The app is below par!!! I cannot get it to play on my FireTV at all, even after trouble shooting and un and re-installing several times. The app does work on my Mobile so I decide to attempt and airplay and the mess won’t even connect and load. Do better. People pay for a service they expect to be able to fully access where downloads of the app are available. It makes NO sense. Likely not a service I will continue to pay for in the long term because it’s not satisfactory.
This App is getting a one star because it keep charging me every two weeks instead of every month just paid subscription on June 23 and they took from my account again on July 8 and don’t have no contact information to get it straight
When I first got this app it worked fine. Now it doesn’t open on my Mobile. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it numerous times and nothing works. I have to use the browser to access BET+.
My subscription automatically renewed in June and I’m still not able to watch any movies or tv shows on the app! It keeps telling me to check internet connection, my internet connection is fine, all my other apps are working. Now it’s blank and telling me that my subscription expires on July 15th 2022. I subscribed in June almost one month and the app still wont load.
