    • Not a fan

      The app crashes, the website does as well, and there’s no option to select an extra seat on the app. Extremely frustrating as customer service cannot help with bookings. Do not recommend.

    • Bad CS. Inconsistent product. False advertising.

      Not something to pick if you have any other option. From Budapest -> Split by way of Zagreb we kept being put on non-FlixBus owned “affiliates” who have very inconsistent product. You might be on a Neoplan, Mercedes, Volvo or any combination thereof. Despite their marketing about “free Wi-Fi” so far none of their busses have had working WiFi and one bus didn’t even have bathrooms for a five hour bus trip. Disabled people are entitled to have an assistant help them and these tickets are supposed to be free. Unfortunately via the website and via this app every booking number we tried was “invalid”. Trying to chat with them via the website is a dead end of long “waiting to connect to an agent” times. Every selection on the phone will (after a LONG)EU privacy disclosure read to you in full) refer you back to the website. Finally after using an incorrect form selection to bypass their customer maze, I managed to get ahold of someone who refunded only one ticket for the return journey. Trying to get them to refund the rest has been an exercise in futility. Reaching out to them via Twitter resulted in a “we are third party and can’t help you”. Facebook chat just tells you “call us” or “use the form”. I’ve come to expect lots of dead ends but usually there’s one reliable way to reach the likes of the national railroads. Not these jerks. Given how strict Google is you’d think the bait and switch would be enough to get this platform removed until it does what it says it’s supposed to do.

    • Below average …big no.!!!

      Mostly late, no customer support, local staff is non supportive and rude. Toilets are not clean and sticks all back side of the bus. Drivers doesn’t understand anything. It also happens that I booked the tickets and they denied on the spot…because it was not updated in there system.

    • Worst costumer service experience

      I don’t know where to start because of the traumatic experience that i had on a trip from NYC to D.C, the stressful hours that i spent and the hours of talking with costumer service. First we departed 9:10 Am from NYC and we arrived to Cherry Hills New Jersey at 10:35 Am, the bus driver said that we will leave at 10:45 Am and i asked if i we can leave at 10:50 Am because i have a medical condition and i gotta use the bathroom. I went back at 10:48 Am and the bus driver was not there. I called the costumer service and their answer was “we are really sorry sir but we don’t know what to do”, this was really surprising to me because i was in the middle of a state, I don’t know anyone, i don’t have neither my Id or Passport and I didn’t have my credit card. Eventually, after insisting it turned out that they can do something and book me the next bus which was on 7:45 Pm. I had to wait approximately 9 hours in the middle of nowhere for me, i don’t know anything there with 9% charge, it was really traumatic and the amount of damage that was caused is uncountable. I called the costumer service couple of times after filing the lost and found form and they told me to wait 15 days!!!! First of all what happened is nothing less than the driver’s issue which means FlixBus should take responsibility for that, second of all i have a plane to catch today and my passport inside the backpack, whenever i called the costumer service, agents keep telling me that they don’t know what to do and i have to wait, this is really uncomfortable situation for me and i was really disappointed by how the agents treated me and how the company operating. After 15 days of waiting yet they didn’t find my luggage, this is really frustrating.

    • Serious problems with seats selection

      Nothing wrong with the app. However once you’re in your selected bus stop, the driver speaks a weird disclaimer to customers in which there’s no seat order. It’s like first come / first serve kind of thing. It doesn’t matter if you selected seat 4A in-app, driver will tell everyone forget about that and take whatever seat you want. The first time I saw that I felt it a bit weird. The second time I thought it was a coincidence. But… the third time? You’ve got to be kidding me! Several in between customers got problems with others using their previously purchased seats. Someone was sitting in my seat and when I used another one, a lady in Fort Myers told me I was in her seat. What an unnecessary mess!
