Moved addresses and now nothing works and no one can help. I’m about to cancel it all and get something better
Don’t think for one second you’re covered under this app this at least people to get into your Wi-Fi message to settings and even overtake your whole system do not share any of your Comcast information with anybody because they will get it
Comcast raises your bill with no notice and then requires you to spend an hour in their apps in order to avoid letting you speak to anyone about your bill. This is not customer service. An app that refuses to connect to you at any point with a human is not help.
It’s been so long. Get it back
I would cancel my service in a second if I had fiber optic available and I might cancel anyway for something slower. The customer service is fine but the app stinks, changing anything on the account with customer service, web or app stinks and getting through on phone calls is an afternoon project. The only good thing about them is high speed internet and I’m not sure that’s worth the headache after all these years.
