STILL NO VOLUME BUTTON

WHY? You forgot the most basic components of a remote. Like another user said there’s 3 dam pages, but NO volume, NO power button? Like how do you not add those things! I want to turn my tv down and can’t! Plus you can’t even access on demand simply you have to either tell the remote to open whatever app you want to use or go about getting to the on-demand screen in another way there’s no button for it. Comcast used to be my favorite because everything was simplified at this point you guys have added all of these things and just over complicated every single process.
