I love this App! The ease of use. I had no trouble connecting. Shiela Dixon was quick to respond with emails. I had a few questions and suggestions. They were answered and many of my suggestions are already in the works. This already does alot more that the previous App I purchased and sounds like more to come!
I have tried many ios apps and a few apps for my Android, and this is my favorite mechanism for controlling my Hue lighting system. I had it installed and working exactly as described in less than a minute. Much easier to use and more functional than anything else like it. Does exactly what it promises.
The application recognized my eight Hue lights quickly and easily. It was very simple to create light subgroups, and to schedule the lights. This program is far superior in reliability and ease of use to the Android Hue application furnished by the manufacturer.
Same as previous review. App doesn’t find the Hue bridge.
The title pretty much sums it up. When I launch the app, it returns an error that it can’t find the IP of my bridge. Hue Party on the Android and Android and the official Philips app on the phone work fins, as does IFTTT. So the problem is obviously with Hue-topia. A shame, because it looks like this would be app to use. But no connection to the bridge means it’s completely non-functional.
