Such a great app and easy to use. As a foreigner traveling India it’s such a shame they don’t accept international credit cards. Couldn’t use the app during my travels. I tried everything and it never worked.
Impossible to get a refund after I paid for bus service online then confirmation says no buses available. I tried contacting customer support vs email as they said in my receipt—their reply was we no longer serve customers by email, please use self-help. I went to self-help, But they won’t send code to my cell phone to log in. I cannot access account with App unless they send code to my cell phone. So it is impossible to get any assistance whatsoever in my account. they took my money but did not deliver services paid for and are unreachable to obtain refund. I will have to challenge my charge in my credit card—you will too! BEWARE
